When booking Grant Maidment you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

When entering into an agreement by where you would like to hire the services of the Artiste Grant Maidment, the following is to be considered.


Email correspondence confirming that you would like to book shall be proof that terms have been settled and you are happy with all details and the price quoted.

All Bookings remain provisional until an agreement between the Artiste and the Client have been made.


By Paying a Deposit, you are “securing” the services of the Artiste Grant Maidment and therefore agree to the Terms and Conditions stated herein. If Deposit is not received in a satisfactory time scale then the Artiste will automatically be available for other Clients on the Date in question.

Only when Deposit is received and cleared into the Artiste’s bank will the booking be secured. A booking confirmation will then be sent by email.

The Deposit will be 50% of the Artiste’s total performance fee. In some cases, the full fee is required in advance.

The Deposit paid by the Client is non-refundable.


Payment is to be made by Cheque, BACS Transfer or Cash. Deposit is paid in advance to secure the Services of the Artiste. The balance due is to be made on the Date of performance. The Client has a maximum of 14 days to pay from issue Date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

The Artiste has the right to ask for full Payment prior to performance on the Date in question. Payment can only be made in Pounds Sterling!

During Services

If the Artiste feels in danger or threatened in any way during the allocated performance, he has the right to leave at any time. He will also be fully entitled to the fee agreed.

Business cards and other promotional items may be distributed by the Artiste on the Date of Booking.

At least one adult must be in the room at all times during the Artiste’s Services/performance. An adult is classed as anyone of 18 years and over.


The Artiste is public liability insured and takes the upmost care to ensure the safety of all guests.

Liability cannot be taken for reactions or injury sustained whilst attending an event or thereafter.

All allergies, ailments, infestations or viruses of guests or Clients, which may affect the event in any way, must be reported prior to the event Date. The Artiste cannot accept liability for actions outside of the Artiste’s control to include hazards/dangers within the home or chosen venue.


In the event that the Client decides to cancel the Booking, the Client is required to notify the Artiste immediately. As a result of such, the Client will forfeit the Deposit paid.

A cancellation charge will be payable to the Artiste, the amount payable shall be:

Greater than 28 days = 50% (the deposit)

Between 7 and 28 days = 75% of the total performance fee

Between 2 and 7 days = 90% of the total performance fee

Less than 48 hours = 100% of the total performance fee

 Artiste Unable to deliver Services due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the unlikely event that the Artiste is unable to deliver the agreed Service of entertainment, the Artiste shall endeavour to provide a replacement of equal standard. Should this not be possible, all monies paid by the Client shall be returned. Following the reimbursement of these funds, the Artiste shall have no further liability to the Client in relation to any part of the initial Booking agreement.

Other Information

Grant is insured to the sum of £5,000,000

Once Grant’s availability has been checked, booking is only a few clicks away.

 How to book:

To hire Grant’s services simply call or email with all the details of your event. All that is required are a few personal details and a deposit payment to secure the booking.

(Payment can be settled by cheque or BACS Transfer).

Grant will then confirm deposit has been received and your date will be in his diary! Magic.


Artiste – Grant Maidment

Client – individual or company who are Booking the Artiste.

Booking – The specific reservation of the Artiste’s services, for a particular event, to be held on a particular date, by the Client.

AGREED – A word that is used to verify that the Client wishes to Book the Services of the Artiste and therefore agrees to all Terms and Conditions stated herein.

Booking Confirmation – A document (electronic or hard copy) which confirms the details of the event and also payment of deposit.

Date – The day in which the Artiste is booked to perform, by the Client.

Services – the entertainment provided by the Artiste.
